Jenna Law

Jenna Law has extensive work experience in the field of risk management and audit. Jenna began their career at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited in 2009, where they worked as an Internal Auditor. In this role, they conducted reviews and audits to evaluate risk management, control, and governance systems. Jenna also performed various activities in the audit life cycle and communicated the results of audit reviews to stakeholders. Jenna held this position until 2015.

In 2016, Jenna joined Flight Centre Travel Group RSA as a Retail Internal Auditor. Jenna regularly conducted internal audits and ensured compliance with company policies and financial systems. Jenna also performed risk reporting and identified and reported on risk trends. From November 2016 to September 2017, they served as a Team Leader in Risk and Audit at Flight Centre.

In October 2017, Jenna was promoted to the position of Head of Risk and Audit at Flight Centre. In this role, they played a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the organization. Their responsibilities included managing risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining internal control processes.

Jenna Law completed their undergraduate education at the University of Cape Town from 2005 to 2008, earning a degree in Business Science with a specialization in Quantitative Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Internal Audit Technician (IAT) from The Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa in 2015. Jenna also holds a certification in Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town, obtained in 2021. Currently, Jenna is pursuing a Leadership Development Programme from Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development, with an expected completion date in 2023.
