Charlene Leiss

Charlene Leiss has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry. Charlene began their career at Vail Resorts as a Reservationist and Bulk Air Specialist before joining FCM Travel Solutions in 1995 as the Vice President of Sales TMS USA. In 2015, they became the President of Corporate Brands at Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas, and later, in 2020, they were promoted to President of the company.

Charlene Leiss earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Saint Michael's College, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
