Allen Manoba is an experienced agile delivery lead with a strong background in product ownership and business analysis. Currently at Flight Centre Travel Group, Allen leads agile transformation initiatives across multi-functional teams and drives global digital initiatives in various markets, focusing on transparency and collaboration. Previously at Suncorp Group, Allen enhanced operational efficiency through automation and process optimization while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Allen’s earlier experience includes roles as a product specialist at Concentrix and as an ICT support technician, showcasing a solid foundation in technical support and product expertise. Allen holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
