Elizabeth Brien is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, currently serving as the BPO Strategic & Initiatives Lead at Flight Centre Travel Group since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Remitly as Vendor Manager/Relationship Manager and Senior Global Training & Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing service provider interactions and improving training processes. Elizabeth held various positions at White Shark Media®, ultimately becoming Director of Client Experience & Growth, focusing on customer success operations and retention strategies. Additional experience includes co-founding a non-profit in Nicaragua, working as a Sales Account Manager, and teaching high school English. Elizabeth holds a Master of Education from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Canberra.
