Kristill Loxton

Kristill Loxton currently serves as the Global Supply People and Culture Leader at Flight Centre Travel Group, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kristill was the GM of People & Culture at Flight Centre Travel Group New Zealand from September 2021 to August 2022, and held various leadership positions within Flight Centre from June 2006 to September 2021, including Careers Leader New Zealand and Regional Retail Leader. With extensive experience in driving profit and revenue growth across multiple retail locations, Kristill has successfully led and developed teams, improved customer experiences, and implemented strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of New England, a Master's in eLearning from B Online Learning, and an Advanced Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Hayton Travel and Tourism College.
