Jodie Burnard has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Jodie started their career at Flight Centre New Zealand in 2003, where they worked in marketing until 2008. Jodie then joined the Harvey World Travel New Zealand Support Office as a Marketing Manager, responsible for all marketing aspects of the company. In 2009, Jodie moved to Harvey World Travel as a Marketing Manager and continued in this role until 2011. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Stella Travel Group New Zealand as the General Manager of Marketing & Creative Services, overseeing the marketing and creative department for their retail brands. Since 2012, Jodie has been with Flight Centre Travel Group New Zealand as the Head of Communications, PR & Group Partnerships.

Jodie Burnard completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a focus on Geography, Tourism, and Marketing at The University of Waikato from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Jodie completed a brand MBA program with Mark Ritson and also participated in a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
