Bart Griffith has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2004 with the Air Force Research Laboratory, where they worked as a Researcher conducting research for the Aerodynamic Configurations Branch. In 2006, they moved to Innovative Precision Co., where they worked as a Draftsman using CAD software to develop build drawings and operating various metal-working machines during the fabrication phase. In 2009, they became the Chief Pilot for Brewton Aviation, before taking a similar role at Holcomb Investments LLC in 2013, where they managed all aspects of the flight department. In 2017, they joined Delta Private Jets as a Pilot, and in 2018 they moved to AppRiver as a Software Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Flight Schedule Pro as a Technical Lead and Senior Frontend Software Engineer.

Bart Griffith attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Bart then attended the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2011, graduating with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing.
