Theo Sechopoulos is currently serving as the Lead Machine Learning Engineer at HealthBook+ since July 2023. Previously, Theo worked as a Researcher at MIT Computational Cognitive Science from January 2020 to January 2022, focusing on various research projects including master's thesis work. Theo gained experience as a Machine Learning Software Engineering Intern at HEALTH[at]SCALE Technologies in mid-2020 and as a Data Science Intern at SimpleBet during the summer of 2019. Earlier internships include a Software Engineering role at Google in the summer of 2018 and a position at Omilia - Conversational Intelligence in mid-2017. Theo holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, both obtained from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, from 2020 to 2021 and 2016 to 2020, respectively.
