Hunter Eye has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Starting in 2012, they worked as Staff at Dairy Queen, taking orders at the front counter and drive thru and making icecream and drink products. In 2013, they joined the US Army as a UAS Operator, preparing and conducting air reconnaissance surveillance, targeting and acquisition missions, planning and analyzing flight missions, and deploying and redeploying the unmanned aerial vehicle ground and air systems. In 2020, they joined Netsmart as a Service Desk Technician. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Technical Support Lead and Technical Support Specialist at Flight Schedule Pro.

Hunter Eye holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University Global, obtained in 2018, and an Associate's degree in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator from Cochise College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service Mastery: Delight Every Customer, Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations, De-Escalating Intense Situations, IT Service Desk: Customer Service Fundamentals, Innovative Customer Service Techniques, Phone-Based Customer Service, and Working with Upset Customers. Hunter also has certifications from TestOut Corporation, including Server Pro: Manage And Administer obtained in 2018, and Security Pro Certification obtained in 2017.
