Marcus Hall

Marcus Hall is an experienced Desktop Engineer currently working at FlightAware since September 2021. Previously, Marcus served as Site-Lead and Desktop Engineer at 2nd.MD, where responsibilities included facilitating communication between IT and business departments, as well as mentoring Help Desk Administrators. With a strong foundation in customer service developed during a decade at Apple in various technical roles, Marcus honed skills in troubleshooting and repairing both hardware and software. Additionally, as the Owner and Media Director of Visual Cloud Productions, expertise in video production and photography was acquired. Marcus began a career in customer service roles at GameStop and LePeep, reflecting a consistent commitment to enhancing user experience. Education includes ongoing studies at the University of Houston-Downtown, alongside earlier certifications in Information Technology.
