Alfred Chua

Alfred Chua is an experienced journalist specializing in air transport and aerospace, currently serving as the Asia Air Transport Editor at FlightGlobal since April 2019, where Alfred leads coverage in the Asia-Pacific region and has received recognition for a long-form interview with the CEO of Malaysia Airlines. Prior to this role, Alfred worked at Mediacorp Pte Ltd in various capacities, including a journalist covering local news and digital reporting. Alfred's early experience includes internships and a role as a multimedia journalist at Singapore Press Holdings. Alfred holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has also studied at the University of Toronto Scarborough, along with a diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
