Louise Mian is an experienced professional in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and retention strategies with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles within the tech and online gaming sectors. Currently serving as Head of Subscriptions and CRM at Flightradar24 AB since April 2020, Louise previously held positions including Director of CRM and Retention at Lifesum, Director of Retention at Bounce Interactive Ltd, and Director of Retention at Stride Gaming Group.
