Marie-Elise Tournier has extensive work experience in the field of operations and consumer advocacy. Marie-Elise began their career in 2014 as a Legal Intern at the European Consumer Centre, where they supported lawyers and legal advisers in various areas of law, including International Private Law, European Law, and French consumer law. Marie-Elise also played a key role in handling cross-border consumer requests and complaints, providing expertise in topics such as copyright, internet and e-commerce legislation, and passenger rights.

In 2016, Marie-Elise joined Flightright, where they have held multiple roles over the years. Marie-Elise started as a Customer Advocate, contributing to the company's customer support efforts. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Team Lead France - Operations, overseeing operations in the French market. Marie-Elise excelled in this role for four years until 2020.

In 2021, Marie-Elise Tournier was promoted to their current position of Team Lead International - Operations at Flightright. Marie-Elise continues to demonstrate their leadership skills and international expertise in managing operations on a global scale.

Following this, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Teaching, completing the program in 2012. In the following year, Marie-Elise Tournier attended the University of Franche-Comté once again, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Private law, which they completed in 2013. Finally, in 2013-2014, they attended the University of Strasbourg and studied Management and Law of the Digital Economy, specializing in Law of the digital economy.
