Jared Wood

Jared Wood is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Owner of Beyond the HUD, providing career consulting services for individuals pursuing aviation careers in military and civilian sectors. Jared also works as a C17 Simulator Instructor Pilot at FlightSafety International and has held the role of Commissioner at Eastside Travel League since April 2023, overseeing the operations and administration of the league. Additionally, Jared has been an Instructor Pilot in the US Air Force Reserve since September 2009 and was previously a Simulator Pilot Instructor at L-3 Communications from January 2012 to November 2018, where responsibilities included training pilots in various operational procedures. Jared holds a degree from the University of Washington, earned between 1995 and 1999.
