Patrick Coulter

Patrick Coulter has extensive experience in the aviation training industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Commercial Training and Simulation at FlightSafety International since March 1998. In this role, Patrick focuses on enhancing relationships and pursuing new opportunities for commercial training services globally. Previously, as Centre Manager, Patrick oversaw the Toronto and Tokyo Learning Centers, leading a diverse team to deliver training to over 2,000 aviation professionals annually. Other significant positions held include Assistant Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Program Manager, and Pilot Instructor, each contributing to a strong foundation in operations, marketing, training management, and business development. Prior to FlightSafety International, Patrick worked as a Sales Representative at London Life and as a Pilot with Bearskin Airlines. Patrick holds a BA in Arts from Acadia University and furthered education at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
