Randy Naylor

Randy Naylor currently serves as a Flight Crew Instructor at Southwest Airlines, focusing on pilot ground and simulator training since February 2024. Naylor's extensive background includes roles as a KC-46 Simulator Instructor Pilot at FlightSafety International and KC-135 Simulator Pilot Instructor at CAE USA INC, where instruction involved operational procedures for the KC-135. Previously, Naylor held the position of Deputy Commander of the 6th Operations Group, overseeing a $7 million budget and the training of 692 members.
