Bridgette Smith

Bridgette Smith is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager and DEI Council Co-Chair at Flik Hospitality Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Bridgette held the position of General Manager at Wythe Hotel from September 2020 to November 2021, and at Hilton Garden Inn from October 2017 to April 2020, where also served as Director of Operations. Earlier career roles include positions at DoubleTree by Hilton and Hampton Inn by Hilton, showcasing extensive experience in various capacities including Room Division, Director of Front Office Operations, and Front Desk Manager.
