Fernando Sousa currently serves as the National Beverage Director for Flik Hospitality Group, where responsibilities include leading beverage operations and managing financial performance across multiple corporate and satellite locations. With a background in food and beverage operations, Fernando has held leadership roles including Director of Food and Beverage at The Standard, East Village, and Principal Consultant at Hatchetproof Cocktail Consulting, providing expertise in cocktail program development for prestigious hospitality brands. Prior experience includes notable positions as Lead Bartender and Mixologist at various luxury resorts, where Fernando contributed to service excellence and brand standards. Fernando is an alumnus of West Virginia University and has a foundational education from Livingston High School.
