Jason Brune is currently the Food Service Director at Flik Hospitality Group, a position held since 2024 after serving as Cafe Manager from 2018 to 2024. With over 20 years in the hospitality and food service industry, Jason has also worked in various roles, including Head Chef at Adelle’s Creperie and Restaurant Manager at Sheraton Read House Hotel. Prior to their current role, Jason gained valuable experience as a Chef/Dining Manager at Five Star Food Service, Inc. and as an Event Manager at Black Tie Affair. Jason earned an Associate of Arts degree from Chattanooga State Community College between 2008 and 2010.
