Lisa Jackson, MS RD LDN, currently serves as the Regional Wellness Director at Flik Hospitality Group since March 2019. Previously, Lisa worked as a School Wellness Specialist at the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education from September 2013 to March 2019, focusing on nutrition education and outreach programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Dietitian at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center and Landmark Medical Center, as well as a Community Nutrition Educator with SNAP-Ed. Additional positions include Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island and SNAP Outreach Worker at the Feinstein Hunger Center. Lisa began her career as a Nutrition Intern with the WIC Program at the RI Department of Health and served as an Americorps Member with Jumpstart. Lisa obtained a Master of Science in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Biology from the University of Rhode Island.
