Michelle Boury

Michelle Boury is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and service training sectors, currently serving as the Training Manager for Airport Lounges at Flik Hospitality Group since January 2024. Prior roles include Director of Service and Training at Border Cafe & Jose Tejas, where service standards were elevated through the training and development of front-of-house staff.
