Ryan Hills is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in global restaurant operations and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Flik Hospitality Group, Ryan leads financial operations for a multi-outlet hospitality program, ensuring accountability and insight into financial metrics. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations International at Sbarro Inc., overseeing over 80 units and expanding market presence across Asia. Ryan also launched and managed their own Italian restaurant brand in China, achieving significant revenue growth during a challenging period. They hold both a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from Capella University.
