Steve Malchodi

Steve Malchodi is an experienced culinary and operational manager currently serving as District Manager at Flik Hospitality Group since January 2022, after holding the position of Resident District Manager. Prior to this, Steve spent over 15 years at Compass Group, where roles included General Manager, Area General Manager, Food Service Director, and Chef Manager, overseeing multiple contracts and operational aspects across various locations. Steve also gained valuable experience as Chef De Cuisine at Restaurant Prov and Atomic Catering, advancing from line cook to chef de cuisine during the tenure. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Entrepreneurship and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by a high school diploma from Central York High School.
