Tom Rice is currently the Director of Design and Development at Flik Hospitality Group, where he has been since November 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Owner of TNB Sports since November 2015. With experience as a Hotel Manager at AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center from December 2007 to November 2017, Tom has also worked as a Consultant at Integrity Sports Marketing and as the Director of Rooms at Omni Hotels. He began his career in the hospitality industry as Front Office staff at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in various locations. Tom holds a BS in Hotel Management from Cornell University and has also completed independent coursework at Texas McCombs School of Business in Leading for Impact.
