Jim Heffren

Jim Heffren has extensive experience in the food service industry, with a focus on dining services. Jim worked as the Director of Dining Services at Flik Lifestyles from September 2015, where they led a $25 million business portfolio across 22 locations. Jim was responsible for client relations, sales, finance, and project leadership. Prior to that, they held the role of General Manager at Sodexo from September 1998 to March 2001, where they coordinated and managed food and nutrition operations at a Long Term Care Facility and provided leadership at 3 different CCRCs. Jim also served as the Director of Dining Services at Sodexo (formerly The Wood Company) from June 1996 to September 1998, overseeing a team of thirty-five and managing operations related to financial and human capital management.

Jim Heffren attended Bucks County Community College from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Restaurant/Food Services Management. Afterward, in 1997-1998, they enrolled in the Certified Dietary Manager Program at Northampton Community College.
