John Roy

John Roy has extensive experience in the foodservice industry. John started their career in 1984 as an Executive Chef and Facilities Manager at Kieve Affective Education, where they managed dining services and guest accommodations. From 1991 to 1995, they worked as an Executive Catering Chef at The Grace Hotel Services, overseeing high-end catering events. At Grace Hotel Services, they also served as a Regional Kitchen Manager, responsible for food service operations at multiple properties.

In 2001, John joined Wood Dining Services as an Executive Catering Chef, where they executed high-end catering events, managed inventory and budgets, and supervised a team of chefs. From 2002 to the present, they worked at Penbay Health Care as an Executive Chef for Long Term Care, where they created policies and procedures related to foodservice, developed meal plans with a consultant dietitian, and reported to the Executive Director and Administrator.
