Heath Blackburn

Heath Blackburn began working as an Insurance Agent at Florida Farm Bureau Insurance in 2016. In 2020, they transitioned to COUNTRY Financial\u00ae, where they continued to work as an Insurance Agent. In 2022, they joined Flimp Communications as an Account Manager. At Flimp Communications, Heath is responsible for providing educational video content, benefits decision-support tools, and interactive engagement solutions to more than 600 corporations throughout North America. Heath'sinnovative approach allows him to align and customize communications to better connect with employees on myriad topics, resulting in average employee engagement percentages over 70%.

Heath Blackburn attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Allied Health Science. In September 2018, Blackburn received the 2018 NAIFA Quality Award - Multiline from NAIFA. In September 2019, Blackburn received the 2019 NAIFA Quality Award - Life Insurance and Annuities and the 2019 NAIFA Quality Award - Multiline from NAIFA.
