Jeffrey England

Jeffrey England has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Jeffrey started their career as a Lacrosse Official for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association from January 2003 to July 2009. Jeffrey then worked as a Process Engineer at Herculite Products, Inc. from April 2008 to April 2010, where they played a key role in the development and release of new products. Following that, they joined Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc. and held several roles including Quality Engineer from April 2010 to December 2011, Senior Quality Engineer from January 2012 to December 2015, Quality Manager from January 2016 to December 2016, and currently serves as the Business Development Manager since January 2017. At Flinchbaugh Engineering, they have managed quality improvement initiatives, supervised quality activities, collaborated with customers and vendors on new product development projects, and implemented cost savings plans.

Jeffrey England earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Penn State University. Jeffrey attended the university from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their academic diploma at Boys' Latin School of Maryland from 1998 to 2002.
