With a diverse background that includes roles such as Human Resources Consultant and People Operations Manager at Flashfood, Katrin has dedicated their career to supporting small businesses and tech startups in building effective teams and fostering engagement. They have also contributed to various organizations, including Health Canada and Elections Ontario, while effectively leveraging their organizational and problem-solving skills.
