Dawn Wallace

Vice President, Civic Leadership at Flinn Foundation

Dawn Wallace currently serves as Vice President of the Arizona Center for Civic Leadership at the Flinn Foundation since April 2020. Previously, Dawn held the role of Special Assistant to the Governor for the State of Arizona from January 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing policy advisor work products and advising on public policy issues. Dawn's experience also includes serving as Director of Government Relations for Maricopa Community Colleges, providing policy support as Majority Policy Advisor in the Arizona House of Representatives, and functioning as Deputy Director in the Arizona State Senate. Dawn began career as a Budget Analyst for the State of Arizona, advising on a $10 billion state budget. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in History from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.
