Isabella Constante

Isabella Constante is a dedicated professional with a focus on sustainability and environmental solutions. Currently serving as a Business Operations Intern with the City of Phoenix Water Services, Isabella evaluates the Water Wranglers volunteer program to enhance volunteer retention and experience. Previously, Isabella engaged in a research project at ASU College of Global Futures, exploring renewable energy solutions for Hawai’i, and assessed an ESG report with an emphasis on sustainability metrics. Experience includes a role as a Nonprofit Development and Communications Intern with GreenLight Solutions, where Isabella contributed to a fundraising campaign and managed content creation. Earlier positions in customer service and sales further developed skills in conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. Isabella holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies and is pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability Solutions at Arizona State University.
