Beth Sizeland

Beth Sizeland currently serves as a Partner at Flint Global since December 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Director of the Adrienne Arsht National Security Resilience Initiative Task Force and Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council from June 2023 to December 2025. Sizeland has also been a Senior Advisor at Beacon Global Strategies and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University during the same period. Previous positions include JIO Attaché and Deputy National Security Adviser at the Cabinet Office from January 2020 to June 2023, as well as Director General Strategy at GCHQ from July 2018 to March 2020. From October 2017 to July 2018, Sizeland was the Director of Modern Slavery and Exploitation at The Home Office. Additionally, roles as Head of Transport Security Strategy at the UK Department of Transport and policy lead in the Civil Contingencies Secretariat during national emergencies were held from 2012 to 2013 and 2009 to 2013, respectively. Beth Sizeland earned a degree in Classics from the University of Leeds between 1995 and 1999.
