David Skelton

David Skelton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and strategy across various roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Flint Global and Founder of Artemon Strategy, Skelton focuses on technology policy and the impact of emerging technologies on economic and social landscapes, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Skelton is also an Advisory Board Member for Onward and serves on the Levelling Up Advisory Council, providing insight to boost economic opportunities in the UK.
