Kiran Horwich is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Flint Global since November 2015, having progressed through roles including Director, Manager, and Consultant. Prior to this, Kiran contributed to Barclays Investment Bank in 2015 through a consultancy project focused on oil and gas investment in the Arctic, and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, assisting with Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Kiran's background includes a role as a Junior CSR Consultant at Hess Corporation, where social and economic research was conducted for operations in Algeria and Ghana. Earlier experience includes serving as a Parliamentary/Policy Researcher for Tim Farron MP, managing projects in Malawi and Swaziland with Tenteleni, and holding various roles that involved project management and community engagement. Kiran holds a Master of Public Administration in Energy and Environment Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Manchester.
