Alexander Pagonis

Alexander Pagonis is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Advisor - Digital at Flint since February 2024, Alexander is also the Founder of Pilk, which has been operating since August 2020. Previously held roles include President of the Old Newingtonians' Union at Newington College from January 2020 to April 2024 and Senior Business Development Manager at Shore Financial from June 2023 to February 2024, where the company achieved the highest NPS score in the finance sector. Alexander has extensive experience at KPMG Australia, where tenure as Associate Director - Management Consulting lasted from January 2015 to May 2023, along with a role as Head of Growth & Operations at R&D Lending from February 2019 to January 2020, focusing on supporting the Australian startup ecosystem.
