Redom Syed is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Flint Group, one of Australia's fastest-growing mortgage businesses, and was awarded the FBAA Broker of the Year in 2025. They began their career as an Economist at The Federal Treasury, contributing to international lending policy and domestic tax policy from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they founded FlintInvest, which has since transformed into Flint Group, recognized for its innovative mortgage broking services. Additionally, Redom co-hosts the popular podcast Australian Property Talk, discussing economics, property, and lending with a substantial audience.
