David Whitaker

David Whitaker is a Partner and Head of Ecclesiastical and Charities at Flint Bishop Limited. They serve as the Registrar for the Anglican Diocese of Leeds, providing guidance to bishops and clergy on various ecclesiastical matters. Previously, they held the position of Partner and Head of the Ecclesiastical and Charities Division at Lupton Fawcett LLP. David completed their LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and passed the Solicitors' Final Examination at the College of Law, Chester. They are a member of the Ecclesiastical Law Society and the Ecclesiastical Law Association.
