Kent Chicilo

Kent Chicilo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal at FLINT Corp. since July 2024, Kent previously held the positions of EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel at Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure from May 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Inter Pipeline Ltd. from June 2018 to December 2021 and Legal Counsel at Inter Pipeline from March 2012 to December 2021. Kent began a legal career at ENMAX Corporation as Legal Counsel and Manager from September 2005 to March 2012, following positions as Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and Kanuka Thuringer LLP. Kent holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 1991 and 2000.
