Melanie Caple has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Human Resources Manager at ORBIS Corporation, where they successfully managed various HR functions and played a pivotal role in strategic planning. Following this, they worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, overseeing HR operations for a manufacturing facility and multiple distribution locations. During this time, they excelled in areas such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, career development, and employee relations. From 2013 to 2016, Melanie served as the DSC Regional HR Manager at Parker Hannifin, responsible for providing HR services, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, driving talent review processes, and supporting employee empowerment. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2017, they worked as an HR Manager at Enjoy Life Foods, bringing their expertise in HR management to the company. Currently, Melanie is employed as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Flint Group, a position they have held since November 2022. In addition, they held the role of Vice President of North America Operations at Flint Group from 2020 to 2023. Melanie Caple, MSHR, SPHR, holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IWU National & Global, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing it from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their educational background, Melanie also possesses several certifications, including the SHRM-CP from SHRM, the Professional Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
