Sergey Plotnikov

Sergey Plotnikov has a strong background in HSE management and operations. Sergey is currently working as the Operations Director for Flint Group in Russia since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Deputy General Manager and Interim General Manager for Flint Group from May 2021 to September 2021. Sergey also worked as a Project Manager for the company from December 2016 to May 2021. Sergey has previous experience as an HSE manager for Air Liquide Russia from February 2014 to March 2015. Sergey also worked as an HSE supervisor for The Linde Group from October 2012 to May 2013. Sergey began their career as a safety watcher for Praxair in November 2011 and later held the position of Head of HSE Department at Sverdlovskavtodor from April 2011 to October 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a first category engineer at IDGS of Ural from January 2010 to April 2011. Sergey began their professional career as an Environmental Engineer at Verkh-Isetsky metallurgical plant (VIZ) from March 2008 to December 2009. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong expertise in HSE management, project management, and operations.

Sergey Plotnikov obtained their specialist degree in ecology from Perm State University (PSU) from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they received several certifications related to construction and safety operation regulations from Rostekhnadzor and MSP in 2011.
