Tina L.

Tina L. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tina started their career in 2001 as an Executive Investment Administrator at Legacy Capital Group. From 2003 to 2006, they founded and served as the President of a start-up Employee Benefit Specialist and Enrollment Firm, where they provided strategic advice on core and non-core ancillary products, enrollment technology, and benefit communication.

Tina then joined Allstate as an Employee Benefits Regional Director, where they managed a $10,000,000 book of ancillary employee benefits business and served as a strategic advisor to brokers and producers. Tina held this position from 2006 to 2013.

Following their tenure at Allstate, Tina worked at a local gymnastics gym as a Program Director, Coach, and Fundraising Manager. During their time there, they achieved significant growth in enrollment and secured funding for team projects.

After that, Tina worked at Arkansas Federal Credit Union as the Director of Member Benefit Services and later as the Executive Director of Member Benefit Solutions. Tina was responsible for the growth and profitability of the Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), which provided financial programs such as employee benefits, insurance, retirement, and investment programs.

Currently, Tina is working at Flint Group as the Director of Benefits and Compensation for US and Canada employees. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic planning, management, and leadership of employee benefit and compensation programs.
