Tina L. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tina started their career in 2001 as an Executive Investment Administrator at Legacy Capital Group. From 2003 to 2006, they founded and served as the President of a start-up Employee Benefit Specialist and Enrollment Firm, where they provided strategic advice on core and non-core ancillary products, enrollment technology, and benefit communication.

Currently, Tina is working at Flint Group as the Director of Benefits and Compensation for US and Canada employees. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic planning, management, and leadership of employee benefit and compensation programs.
