Patrick Blacketer has worked in the IT industry since 1997. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at LSI as a Failure Analysis Engineer and Team Lead Interoperability Test. During their time at LSI, they led a team of 10 engineers performing Failure Analysis and participated in Design of Experiments, TQM, Six Sigma, and Lean projects. Patrick also attained Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
From 2005 to 2015, Patrick worked at NetApp as Manager Interoperability Test and Team Lead / SCRUM Master E-Series Productivity Team. As Manager Interoperability Test, they managed a team of 30 engineers and was responsible for a $1.5 million annual budget. As Team Lead / SCRUM Master E-Series Productivity Team, they were Scrum Master for an 8-person development team implementing web driven Metrics dashboards.
From 2015 to 2017, Patrick worked at Flint Hills Group as a Software Engineer.
Since 2016, Patrick has worked at LLOYD Inc as a Programmer / Network Analyst and Security and IT Associate. As Programmer / Network Analyst, they were Administrator for all IT systems, including Servers, Network, Environmental monitoring systems, security system, Pharma Lab instruments, and test fixtures. Patrick also developed and maintained multiple home-grown applications. As Security and IT Associate, they implemented JIRA / Confluence for Internal IT / External Customer Service Desk, Manufacturing Inventory, and Preventative Maintenance scheduling.
Patrick Blacketer holds an MBA in Business Administration from Friends University, an AAS in Mechanical Engineering Tech from Buena Vista University, and a BSEET in Electronics Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University. Patrick also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in January 2013.
