Currently serving as the Strategic Resourcing Team Lead at Flint International, Iuliia excels in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and leading a team of recruiters. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter for the US market at TrueBlue Inc., and Head of HR at Arriva Group Sp.z o.o., where Iuliia developed expertise in sourcing, screening candidates, and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
