Neil Burbidge

Neil Burbidge is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and technical management within the telecommunications industry. As the CEO of Flint International since May 2001, Neil has significantly increased company revenues from £600K to £6 million, overseeing sales, contract negotiations, operations, recruitment, and service delivery. Prior to this role, Neil held various positions at Ericsson UK Ltd, including Test Manager for GPRS and project management roles in system testing and verification. With earlier experience at Ericsson BV in the Netherlands and other telecommunications companies, Neil's career highlights include managing test strategies for major network launches and providing software verification. Neil earned an HND in Electronics and Communications from Kingston University between 1980 and 1984.
