Lawrence Wells

Lawrence Wells has been working as a Principal Engineer at Flint UK Technology Services since April 2016. Previously, Lawrence worked as a Lead Field Engineer at Flint Consulting Ltd from October 2010 to March 2016. Lawrence obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University in 2009. Lawrence collaborates with Sales in defining capability focus and "Product" strategy, supports Sales and Bid Management with Pre-Sales activities, and leads a team to provide delivery excellence on all Flint Services. Additionally, Lawrence is responsible for day-to-day leadership, performance, dimensioning, mentoring, development, workloads, and prioritization of the Engineering Team.
