Lauren Watkins

Lauren Watkins is an experienced professional with a background in community service, education, and events management. Currently serving as an Events Assistant at the Flint Institute of Arts since August 2021, Lauren has previously contributed to the Corporation for National and Community Service as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where efforts focused on implementing goals from the City of Flint's first master plan. Additionally, Lauren worked as an ESOL Instructor at Genesee Intermediate School District and gained customer service experience as a Merchandise Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Michigan-Flint, completed in 2016.
