Saleh Thalib has accumulated extensive experience in customer experience and operations support since joining Flip in May 2018, holding multiple roles including Customer Experience Supervisor, Operations Support Supervisor, Operations Support Lead, and Operations Staff. Prior to Flip, Saleh worked as an Area Store Marketing professional at PT. Coffee Toffee Indonesia for a brief period in early 2018 and served as a Sales Administrator at The Jungle Waterpark Bogor from February to June 2017. Saleh holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Marketing from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Kesatuan, earned between 2013 and 2017.
