Shawn Li has a strong background in partnerships and business development. Shawn is currently working as the Vice President of Partnerships at Flip, where they focus on partnership and ecosystem growth. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director of Partnerships at Conversica, where they oversaw strategic partnerships and drove direct reseller revenues. Shawn also has experience as the Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Lever, where they led partnerships and business development efforts and managed relationships with HR technology providers. Earlier in their career, Shawn worked at Amazon, where they held several roles including Business Development Marketing Manager, US Sales Lead for Amazon Echo and Alexa, and Senior Product Manager for Amazon Devices. Shawn also has experience in investments, having worked as a Manager at EDBI Pte Ltd and as a Director at First Alverstone Partners. Shawn began their career as a Senior Officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board. Shawn is also an executive member of Partnership Leaders and the Cloud Software Association, and a member of Execore, a leadership community for emerging startup executives.

Shawn Li's education history begins at the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), where they attended from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they went on to study at National Junior College from 1997 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree during this time.

In 2001, Shawn enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, with a double major in Economics. Shawn completed their undergraduate studies in 2004.

After earning their Bachelor's degree, Shawn furthered their education by attending the University of California, Berkeley. From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Lastly, Shawn attended The Wharton School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Shawn'sMBA studies focused on a double major in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance.
