Richard Waugaman

Richard Waugaman, a seasoned accounting professional, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Flip Electronics, where the focus is on delivering solutions for supply chain challenges in obsolete semiconductor and electronic components. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Accounting for Fleming Carpet Distributors, Inc., and as Controller for both AlphaCord and Kill Cliff Inc., demonstrating expertise in financial oversight and process improvement. Waugaman held a significant role at IMG - Collegiate Licensing Company as Controller and Audit Committee Member, managing accounting functions across multiple entities.
