Anca Schmidt Popescu

Anca Schmidt Popescu has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Anca is currently serving as the Chief Supply Officer at Flip since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Supply Programs Europe at Swappie from October 2021 to September 2022. Anca spent a significant part of their career at Teqcycle: Smart Trade-In-Solutions for Phones, where they held the position of Manager Sales and Business Development from August 2013 to September 2021. Anca also worked at GreenWire Worldwide as the Manager of Sales and Business Development from January 2012 to June 2013. Anca served as the Business Unit Manager at ISL GmbH in 2011 and as the Regional Sales Director at zonzoo from February 2010 to January 2011. Anca held the role of Strategic Director at ALIA GROUP from September 2005 to December 2009 and began their career as an Account Executive/Account Director at Free Communication in September 2002, where they stayed until August 2005.

Anca Schmidt Popescu completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2003. Anca then pursued further education and obtained an EMBA degree in Business Administration from ASEBUSS Business School between 2007 and 2009.
